• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment canceled. If my schedule allows, I will do my best to accommodate you, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to complete your service without affecting the appointments of clients scheduled after you. If your appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, it may be subject to my cancellation policy and the applicable cancellation fee. • Unpaid cancellation fees will result in the inability to book future appointments.
